Made in Romania for Bürstenhaus Redecker, this enamel saucepan is a favorite for making hot chocolate, chai or a pouring sauce. With a 4.75" (12cm) diameter, it has a gentle spout to direct the flow of liquid.
Available in white with blue trim.
Romanian Enamelware is very serviceable but it is rustic. Irregularities in the finish and raw unfinished edges are common and are considered normal.
It is not recommended that you scrub enamelware with abrasive materials. To remove burned-on stains and grease, soak and use a sponge.
When cooking with your enamelware, do not allow it to boil dry. Doing so may damage the enamel surface.
Enamel on steel is hard and strong, but like all good ceramic materials, it will chip if handled too roughly.
