Essential Oils

Essential oils (EO) can be used in personal care products (topical use), home cleaning products, and for general well-being when diffused. Each EO has incredible benefits, but only when used correctly. These are very powerful plant compounds and should be used carefully and in the correct way.

  • Bergamot: 100% pure cold-pressed Citrus bergamia essential oil. Bergamot is a fresh citrus oil with uplifting and relaxing qualities. Blends well with many other essential oils.

    Cedarwood: 100% pure steam distilled Juniperus virginiana essential oil. Cedarwood is a strengthening oil with balancing and cleansing properties. Cedarwood essential oil blends well with Rosemary, Vetiver, and Ylang Ylang.

    Eucalyptus: 100% pure steam distilled Eucalyptus globulus essential oil. Eucalyptus is a cleansing oil with cooling, refreshing, and stimulating properties. Blends well with lavender, lavandin, rosemary, and peppermint.

    French Lavender: 100% pure steam distilled Lavandula angustifolia essential oil. Lavender is a powerful healing oil with balancing, calming, and purifying properties. It's floral scent pairs well with many essential oils.

    Grapefruit: 100% pure cold-pressed Citrus paradisi essential oil.
    Grapefruit is a toning and uplifting oil with stimulating properties. Blends well with Jasmine, Citrus oils, Palmarosa, and Cypress.

    Lemon: 100% pure cold-pressed Citrus limonum essential oil.
    Best if used within 24 months of opening. Lemon is a bright, purifying oil with energizing and cleansing properties. Lemon pairs well with many essential oils.

    Lemongrass: 100% pure steam distilled Cymbopogon flexuosus essential oil. Best if used within 36 months of opening. For external use only.
    Lemongrass is a purifying oil with uplifting and revitalizing properties with a bright aroma. The scent is clean and rich; providing a calming effect. Blends well with Rose, Basil, and Eucalyptus oil.

    Lime: 100% pure cold pressed Citrus aurantifolia essential oil.
    Lime is a clearing astringent oil with elevating and revitalizing properties. It's sweet and tart citrus smell blends well with Neroli, Citronella, Lavender, Lavandin, Rosemary, and Clary Sage.

    Orange: 100% pure cold pressed Citrus sinensis essential oil. Orange is a fresh cleansing oil with invigorating and relaxing properties. Orange blends well with many essential oils.

    Peppermint: Pacific Northwest Peppermint is perfectly sweet and refreshing. It is an analgesic oil with cooling, revitalizing, and stimulating properties.
    This oil is greatly versatile in its uses. Pairs well with lavender, lemon, grapefruit, and basil.

    Sage: 100% pure steam distilled Salvia officinalis essential oil.

    Sage is an antiseptic, healing oil with stimulating qualities. It has a pungent, warm, herbal scent, and blends well with Lavender, Rosemary, and citrus oils.

    Tea Tree: 100% pure steam distilled Melaleuca alternifolia essential oil.Best if used within 36 months of opening. Tea tree is a potent purifying oil with cleansing properties.Skin problems: Mix up to twelve drops in two ounces carrier oil.

  • Bergamot
    This oil is photosensitizing - avoid sun exposure if applied directly to skin. Herbal tea: Add two to four drops to stimulate and normalize. Vaporizer: Use two to three drops for relaxation.
    Skin cream: Mix five to ten drops in two ounces of jojoba cream to purify and protect the skin.

    Cedarwood
    Vaporizer: Use five to seven drops to relax nerves and soothe the body. Skin cream: Mix eight to ten drops in two ounces of jojoba cream to calm and purify skin. Diffuser: Mix ten drops with water to repel insects.

    Eucalyptus
    Body aches: Mix eight drops in two ounces of carrier oil and massage on affected area. Vaporizer: Use five to seven drops to revitalize. Air purifier: Add fifteen drops in a spray bottle with water, shake well before using.

    French Lavender
    Skin cream: Mix ten to fifteen drops in two ounces of jojoba cream to soothe and cleanse skin.
    Burns: Massage two to five drops to the affected area.
    Vaporizer: Use five to seven drops to relax and uplift the body and mind.

    Grapefruit
    This oil is photosensitizing - Avoid sun exposure if applied directly to skin. Skin cream: Mix five to ten drops in two ounces of jojoba cream to balance and revitalize skin.
    Vaporizer: Use five to seven drops to stimulate and brighten.

    Lemon
    This oil is photosensitizing - avoid sun exposure if applied directly to skin. Diffuse: Add up to five drops per ½ cup water to purify and refresh
    Skin cream: Mix up to ten drops in two ounces of jojoba cream to cleanse and balance.

    Lemongrass
    Diffuse: Add up to five drops to ½ cup water to a diffuser.
    Massage: Add two to seven drops to two ounces of carrier oil.
    Bath: Dilute up to two drops in one tablespoon carrier oil prior to adding to the bath.

    Lime
    This oil is photosensitizing - avoid sun exposure if applied directly to skin.
    Vaporizer: Use five to seven drops for colds, flu, and fatigue.
    Skin cream: Mix ten to fifteen drops in two ounces of jojoba cream to clear congested skin.
    Herbal tea: Add a drop to stimulate appetite.

    Orange
    Bath: Use up to fifteen drops in bath.
    Massage: Mix thirty drops in two ounces of vegetable oil.
    Household disinfectant: Mix forty drops to a half-gallon of water.
    This oil is photosensitizing - avoid sun exposure if applied directly to skin. Keep out of reach of children.

    Peppermint
    Bath: Use up to six drops for an invigorating experience.
    Stimulation: Inhale from the bottle, apply topically to your temples or neck, or put a drop on your tongue.
    Herbal tea: Add a drop to aid digestion.

    Sage
    Use as bath oil, for making massage oil, floral water, hair oil, perfume, incense, room freshener, etc.

    Tea Tree
    Bath: Dilute up to four drops to one tablespoon of carrier oil prior to adding to a bath. Household disinfectant: Dilute up to twenty drops per ½ cup water and vinegar in a spray bottle.
